What is Home Care?
Home Care provides seniors with one-on-one assistance from a trained caregiver in the comfort of his or her own home. With assistance from a caregiver, seniors are able to live at home independently and maintain their quality of life. The personal attention they receive vastly improves their safety, health and happiness.
What is your process?
Kalibra Home Care begins with an initial in-home, confidential assessment to determine your loved one’s needs. This allows us to create a service plan tailored to you and your family’s situation.
Once the service plan is agreed upon, we carefully match the clients needs with our caregiver to successfully carry out the goals we set. We then introduce you and your loved one to the Caregiver, and services begin.
What are your rates?
Rates vary depending on need. We can provide pricing to you once your home assessment has been completed.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex. If you would like to now if you are within our service area, please give us a call at 833-525-4272.
Am I required to sign a service contract?
There’s no service contract with Kalibra Home Care. You can use our services for only as long as you need and with 100% satisfaction.
What if I have a concern with my Caregiver?
We continually communicate with our families and Caregivers to ensure they perform efficiently. If at any time you feel the Caregiver chosen for your loved one is not meeting your needs, we will be happy to assess the situation and assign a different Caregiver.
Can you provide care in areas other than the home?
We can visit seniors anywhere they need care. During hospital stays, our hospital sitters can provide around-the-clock companionship and monitoring for safety. Many residents of senior care communities also hire caregivers to provide the personal one-on-one attention they deserve.
