A people-focused leader, Sylvie has enjoyed an illustrious career as a business executive as evidenced by her time with multiple home care agencies. Sylvie obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Mount Vernon University. Sylvie’s dedication and passion for helping others is her true talent!

  Parris has joined Kalibra Home Care following an Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering at the IBEW in Ohio. At an early age , it was obvious Parris was a passionate and caring person. His sincere desire to help others was further illustrated in his volunteering in nursing homes and assisted living communities making him a natural fit for Kalibra. Parris is also enrolled at the Chicago University in Dallas to get his LVN to further his career with Kalibra. Parris has the personality, dedication and compassion to make him an incredible asset to Kalibra and to do what he does best.

  Annamarie Russell joined Kalibra as Digital Marketing Director to enhance the experience of our clients to further enjoy the high quality and superior service Kalibra Home Care offers. Annamarie’s extensive background in executive level marketing,business development, support and sales at Fortune 10 Companies such as Hewlett Packard and Verizon as well as her personal experience in caregiving for 3 disabled seniors give her the desired edge necessary to enhance our customer experience. Annamarie is a graduate of Texas Tech University, with a degree in Business Administration (BBA.) and a native of Dallas, Texas. Her compassion, care and commitment to excellence make her a great fit for Kalibra Home Care and our beloved clients.

  Terri Allen joined Kalibra in November of 2020. Terri has over 10 years of experience caring for our seniors and working with their families. Terri’s experience includes home health, hospice, memory care and private duty. Terri prides herself on having such a great passion for helping others.

Kalibra Home Care begins with an initial in-home, confidential assessment to determine your loved one’s needs. This allows us to create a service plan tailored to you and your family’s situation.

Once the service plan is agreed upon, we carefully match the clients needs with our Caregiver to successfully carry out the goals we set. We then introduce you and your loved one to the Caregiver, and services begin.

We continually communicate with our families and caregivers to ensure they perform efficiently. We utilize a convenient web based software called Axiscare. If at any time you feel the Caregiver chosen for your loved one is not meeting your needs, we will be happy to assess the situation and assign a different Caregiver.
